Bring your family and have an escape to Bend to enjoy a sweet vacation away. Located a few minutes from The Old Mill District, Amphitheater and Downtown and only a half hour away from Mount Bachelor ski resort, there's plenty to see and do without having to spend much time in the car.

Good to know

Our townhome is a private and spacious 1400 sq ft for you and your family to relax and recuperate after a fun day in the sun or snow. The 75" 4K TV in the living room will entertain the whole family and the two bedrooms upstairs (with blackout curtains) offer you the ability to escape to some peace and quiet to catch up on any needed catnaps from the days' activities. Our kitchen is well stocked so you can prep your meals if you wish and sit around the dining room table. There are two separate balconies for morning coffee or to chill out in the evenings. And depending on day, evenings might offer you the ability to sit back and listen to one of the summer concerts going on at Old Mill from the comfort of the balcony. Please be aware that this townhome has two flights of stairs and no backyard.

My home is pet friendly and would love to host your four legged sweethearts. Please understand that there is a $100 additional charge per stay added for a pet. Please understand that our cleaner charges extra when there is a pet involved for pet cleaning as it typically involves hair and potential bathroom accidents.

This property is located in a quiet neighborhood with the Historic Canal Trail conveniently right across the street. Feel free to hop on the trail for your morning or evening run or take a stroll to relax and take in the fresh air. Old Mill and Farewell Bend Park is a 3 minute drive away. If you need groceries, Fred Meyer is just a 5 minute drive.

It feels very new and clean. Beautifully decorated compared to other airbnbs. It’s very quiet and comfortable. There are 2 flights of stairs so just keep that in mind if you have any disabilities. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay here again.

Great stay. We've stayed in Bend many times over the years and staying on the westside and near downtown is the ideal. This spot is right on the edge of the old mill district and easily walkable. We walked to a concert at Hayden Home Amphitheater and it was an easy walk. The home is 3 stories with bedrooms upstairs so if you struggle with stairs this may be less than ideal but for us it was great. Place was clean and had everything we needed.

My husband and I spent 4 days here and loved it! The space is immaculate and really nicely designed. House is extremely well-equipped with everything you need, great linens and beds were very comfy. Location is great, just a short walk or bike ride to everything. Hosts were very friendly and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again, thank you!!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying this fantastic townhouse and definitely give it a 5-star experience from start to finish. The home was immaculate, and offered all the comforts of home. The location was ideal—quiet and peaceful, yet just minutes from downtown, scenic trails, and all the best that Bend has to offer. Inside, the townhouse was tastefully decorated, with cozy furnishings, a well-stocked kitchen, and incredibly comfortable beds. The hosts clearly put a lot of care into the space—it was spotless, welcoming, and can’t recommend this place highly enough. Excellent communication with the hosts which put the cherry on top! I’d return in a heartbeat.

We had a great stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect—right near the freeways, so it was super easy to explore all the best spots in the area. On top of that, the host was incredibly kind and responsive. I lost my charger, and they personally brought one over for me to use—such a thoughtful touch! Check-in was smooth, and communication throughout was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Great home base while visiting Bend with a combo of new, modern and comfortable feel. Complete with a well stocked kitchen, a deck for coffee and bird watching & two en suite bedrooms with comfortable beds, cozy desk areas and private lux bathrooms. We enjoyed the central location and the nearby Deschutes River Trail . The Old Mills district with lots to do and see was a quick 5 min drive or 15/20 min walk on nearby nature trail. Tatyana and Dale were great hosts and were quick to respond to any questions we had. Next time we visit Bend we hope to stay again!

The house was wonderful for our trip. It has everything you needed for staying in, especially a well equipped kitchen. The house is in a great location for exploring the Bend, too. We walked to the Old Mill District multiple times, which was nice! Upon arrival, the house was immaculately clean and ready for our stay and we had no issues throughout the stay. We brought our pet with us, and you could see no evidence of any prior pets being at the house. Tatyana was great and communicative about the house and expectations, which was greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay again if we visit Bend again.

Everything was great. The place felt new, clean, and comfortable. I have a Wrangler and it was a tight fit in the garage, but we made it. The host was great, a good communicator, and the checkin and checkout procedures were really easy.
